The Graduate Management Admission Test, now known as GMAT Focus, is a multiple-choice, computer-based and computer-adaptive standardized exam that is used globally for admission to graduate management and business programs such as MBAs. The GMAT is used by more than 2,400 institutions and universities around the world.

GMAT Focus Edition is an updated, redesigned version of the GMAT test.The GMAT Exam (Focus Edition) is the current edition of the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) exam. It launched in late 2023 and became the only edition of the exam available to take on February 1, 2024, replacing the previous edition GMAT Exam (10th Edition).

GMAT Focus Edition is the shortest GMAT exam ever designed, lasting 2 hours 15 minutes (vs. 3h17 for the previous GMAT). It has 3 sections, with 64 questions, and no writing section. The sections are Quantitative Reasoning (45 minutes/21 questions), Verbal Reasoning (45 minutes/23 questions) and Data Insights (45 minutes/20 questions)
